Hidden gems beneath the surface

Exploring the fascinating historical ruins beneath the hotel was a unique experience. The breakfast spread was exquisite, with local delicacies that really surprised us each morning.

Unfortunately, the lighting in the room made it difficult for my partner to get ready, especially when we had evening plans. A better arrangement would have.

The location was great. The staff very friendly. Parking facilities in the hotel's own underground car park.

The beautiful hotel bar should have been open every evening. 48 eur parking fee extra to the room price is too much for me.

The medieval-themed room I had was so unique, it was like stepping into a fairy tale. Plus, that indoor pool with views? Pure bliss after a day exploring!

I was impressed by the hotel's charming decor, especially the easy-on-the-eye color schemes of mauve and soft green. The accessibility throughout the hotel made it easy for us seniors to navigate comfortably and enjoy all the areas....  

Little hotel with everything clean throughout and a super and brilliant location right next to a beautiful square. Courteous personnel in explaining about station car park which saved 20 euros during stay. A wide range of food in the property, attached restaurant. ...  

It had very central location close to Market Square. The attached restaurant with nice food was the best part.

Didn't like the area, it was not very welcoming.

The location perfect, the service excellent and the breakfast more than good. Parking is ideal directly under the hotel.

Unobtrusive, yet very friendly service. Thanks to the very central location, you can enjoy the castle square with many beautiful old buildings directly in front of the house in the morning, in peace and quiet from the crowds of tourists....  

Make sure to ask about the historical insights and basement ruins, they add a unique charm to your stay.

the american breakfast was excellent and fantastic with scrambled egg, better rate and also pastries. excellent service, though a few employees were not particularly friendly.

As for me, the area was unwelcoming.

I traveled with my partner for 2 nights and the location was central. Breakfast had a good selection. The staff was responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed a dinner at the hotel, also well-priced and tasty. Our...  

The location is great: you can't get any more central. The underground car park right next to the hotel is great. Great breakfast, super nice service at breakfast.

The room and the bathroom are very small. What bothered me a lot was that the advertising was done with coffee arrangement and there is only one kettle. There is no coffeemaker. This is misleading advertising. A toilet brush was missing.

The place was spotless with an attentive staff. The rooms were air-conditioned and the location was peaceful. Historic Centre of Brugge district was worth exploring. The restaurant was nice here, I had excellent dishes. ...
